Return Policy

Thank you for choosing FolieFloral Trade Ltd! We are committed to providing you with high-quality products and a satisfying shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with the purchased goods, we provide flexible return and exchange services.

1. Return and Exchange Period
Return/Exchange: You can apply for a return and exchange within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.

Refund Processing: After the returned goods are inspected and found to be correct, the refund will be completed within 7 working days.

2. Applicable Conditions
Returnable Situations:

The goods have quality problems (such as damage, defects)

The goods are seriously inconsistent with the order description

Non-customized goods, and have not been used, and the original packaging and labels have not been removed

Non-returnable Situations:

Goods that have been used, washed or damaged by humans

Exceeding the return and exchange period (14 days)

Changes in personal preferences due to non-quality issues (such as color, style)

3. Return and Exchange Process
Submit an application:

Send an email to service@foliefloral.com, provide the order number, reason for return and exchange, and photo proof (such as quality problems).

Our customer service will reply within 48 hours and guide the follow-up process.

Return of goods:

Please use the original packaging or properly pack to ensure that the goods are intact.

It is recommended to use a traceable logistics method to send back, and the return shipping cost shall be borne by the buyer (if it is due to quality problems or wrong goods, we will bear the shipping cost).

Refund/Exchange:

Refund: Return to the original payment method (credit card/PayPal, etc.), the processing time depends on the bank.

Exchange: After confirming receipt of the return, we will re-ship (refund can be selected when out of stock).

4. Special Notes

International orders: customs duties and import taxes are not refundable.

Return shipping: For returns and exchanges not due to quality issues, the buyer shall bear the return shipping cost.
